Who is ARC 01 for?
ARC 01 is for someone who enjoys hands-on skincare and wants one connected ritual for the face, jawline and neck. Its appeal is curved contact, light, warmth and tactile massage.
If you want guaranteed lifting, permanent contour changes or a replacement for an in-office procedure, ARC 01 is not that promise.
What results can I reasonably expect?
Choose ARC 01 for the beauty ritual described here. Individual experiences vary. We do not promise a particular wrinkle reduction, lifting result or results timeline.
Studies of other light devices do not establish results for ARC 01. The exact device and its protocol matter.
How is ARC different from a mask or gua sha?
ARC 01 is a handheld contact device that you move along the face, jawline and neck, combining light, warmth and massage. A mask is worn in place; a gua sha is a manual massage tool. They offer different experiences.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please email velynehelp@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label. Keep the product and packaging until your claim has been reviewed.
