What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on eligible purchases. To request a return, contact us at [velynehelp@gmail.com] within 30 days of delivery and wait for confirmation before sending your item back.

To qualify, the product must:

• Have been purchased directly from VELYNE
• Include all original components and accessories
• Be returned in its original packaging
• Be free from damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modification
• Include valid proof of purchase and return authorization

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected. Items marked final sale, gift cards, missing components, and requests submitted after 30 days are not eligible for return, except where required by law.

Important: If customers are allowed to try VELYNE products during the 30-day period, don’t require it to be “unused.” Instead, allow reasonable trial use while excluding excessive wear, misuse, damage, and incomplete returns.
